According to ODIN's founder, Patrick J. Sweeney II; "ODIN issued stock as a portion of the acquisition payment for Reva. This combined with a cash consideration for the entire Reva System Corporation was entirely funded by ODIN and no outside capital was raised. As a profitable company we have no need for outside funding. We continue to run the company with strict fiscal discipline and remain debt-free with no venture investment. It is a testament to the market acceptance of our software and solutions in the growing RFID market."
